FOUNTAIN CREEK COTTAGE IS A PET FREE AND SMOKE FREE
ENVIRONMENT. The undersigned
Guest(s) understand and acknowledge that the owner is not responsible for loss,
damage or theft of Guest(s) personal property. Guest(s)/Occupant(s) acknowledge and agree that the owner
shall not be held liable for any loss, expense, damage or claim for injury
whether direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise. The stream is a wonderful playground for children and adults
alike, it is not deep, (only if it has been raining up creek), please be alert
to the dangers and keep an eye on small children.
Rental rate
includes: Property rental for a
maximum of __6____occupants.
Property is equipped with Flat Screen TV, Internet, Full Size Washer and
Dryer, Linens, Dishes, Kitchen Utensils, and an initial supply of soap and
paper goods.
In addition to the rental charges, there is a
Security Deposit of $200.00 to hold your reservation and to guarantee payment
for damages exceeding normal wear and tear and excessive cleaning costs. This deposit, less any applicable
charges, will be refunded within 7-14 days after departure. Deposit will be refunded if rental is
canceled 30 days before rental date.
